Following a regional coordination call and updated data from the National Weather Service as of 3:00 PM today, our area has been upgraded to a Winter Weather Warning.
Projections indicate treacherous conditions this evening and into tomorrow afternoon, including heavy snow, ice, and wind gusts of 40–45 mph. Consequently, all schools in the Palmyra-Eagle Area School District will be closed on Monday, March 16.
Closure Details:
K-12 Schools: All buildings closed.
Early Learning Center: Closed.
Activities: All evening programs, athletic practices, and community events are canceled.
We understand that school closures create logistical challenges and childcare difficulties for our families; however, this decision was made in collaboration with regional school districts and emergency officials to ensure safety for students and staff.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changing weather factors. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday, March 17.
Stay safe,
Palmyra-Eagle Area School District

Child Find Notice
Under the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Wisconsin law (Wis. Stat. § 115.77), the Palmyra Eagle School District is responsible for identifying, locating, and evaluating all children with disabilities who reside in our area. This responsibility is known as "Child Find." Child Find requires school districts to identify and evaluate children with disabilities who may need special education and related services, at no cost to families. These services are available for children starting at age three through age 21. If you are a community member with a child between the ages of 2 ½ and 5 years old and have concerns about your child's development, including speech and language, movement, learning, behavior, hearing, or vision, we encourage you to reach out to our district. If you suspect your child has a disability, you can make a referral to the local school district. Referrals should be made in writing and must include your child's name and a description of your concerns. Please contact Eagle Elementary @ (262) 594-2148 or Palmyra-Eagle Montessori @ 262-594-4330 with questions.

We had three wrestlers place, with one earning a trip to the podium:
🏅Oaklee Richardson placed 7th, finishing her season strong with an impressive win in her final match.
🏅 Kyler Poulson placed 3rd, coming up just one match short of advancing — an incredible fight all the way through.
🏅 Casey Poulson took 2nd place and is headed to STATE!
Casey will compete on February 26th at the Kohl Center in Madison. He will be one of just 14 wrestlers in the state competing in the 106 lb. weight class for Division 3 — an amazing accomplishment!
A huge shout-out to our entire Panther Wrestling Team for a great season. Your hard work, grit, and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are proud of every one of you!
The entire Panther community is behind you, Casey. Best of luck at State!
Go Panthers!
