Adren Hyatt

Palmyra-Eagle High School senior, Arden Hyatt, is making waves far beyond the weight room — and soon, far beyond the country.

In just three short months, Arden, Class of 2026, has competed in three major powerlifting meets, each one more prestigious than the last: WHSPA State Championships, Powerlifting America High School Nationals and Powerlifting America Age Division Nationals.

Her meteoric rise through the competitive ranks has now earned her a spot on the U.S. National Team for the North American Powerlifting Federation (NAPF) Championships, set to take place in late July. Representing Team USA, Arden will compete against the best young lifters from across the continent.

Arden has also secured a reserve spot on the U.S. team for the IPF Sub-Junior World Championships in Costa Rica, scheduled for August 30th — one of the most prestigious stages in international powerlifting.

Arden’s dedication, discipline, and drive have been nothing short of inspiring. She embodies the spirit and strength of Palmyra-Eagle.
